工作職責：
1. 管理公司材料試驗實驗室和第三方材料分析試驗室。
Manage Company’s Material Lab and 3rd Party Material Analyze Lab;

2. 接受內部職能部門（如工程、質量、采購等）的要求對鑄件、鍛件樣品進行材料的機械性能、化學和金相等的分析，并提供正式的報告。
To conduct mechanical, chemical and metallurgical analysis on the casting, forging, and weldment samples as required by related internal departments such as engineering, quality and sourcing, etc, and provide formal metallurgical analysis report.

3. 在項目開發階段，為SQE工程師提供材料、熱處理工藝及其他特殊工藝的技術審核與合同擬定的支持。
To assist SQE on the technical review and technical contract draft in terms of material, heat-treatment, welding, non-destructive testing. and other special material treating process during the project development stage;

4. 在質量問題處理過程中，為質量和工程提供失效分析支持。
To provide failure analysis support for quality and engineering during the quality problem resolving.

5. 擬定公司材料內部標準，按要求創建和管理材料分析報告和其他有關材料分析的文檔。
To write up company’s internal standards, and create and manage the metallurgical analysis report and other metallurgical analysis related documents per the related standard.

6. 執行和完善材料實驗室設備的使用守則、維護規范、管理規范和實驗室的5S和安全規范，保持一個安全、整潔、有序和有效的工作環境。
To implement and improve the TPM standard of metallurgical equipments, disposal standard on the analyzed parts, 5S and safety standard of the Met Lab, maintain a safe, neat, orderly and effective working environment

7. 負責采購和管理材料分析消耗品，合理分配實驗室技術員的工作。
To be responsible for purchasing and managing the spare and consumable parts, arrange the technician's daily work reasonably.

8. 為相關職能部門提供材料分析

To provide the metallurgical analysis training for other related departments.





任職要求:
1. 金屬材料或相關專業本科以上學歷，鑄鐵鑄鋼相關；
Bachelor or above degree in Physical Metallurgical Engineering with emphasis on ferrous metallurgy and castings.

2. 八年以上相關行業工作經驗，熟悉鑄造、熱處理、熱成形（鍛造）工藝，熟練使用各種金相分析儀器和設備；
8+ years working experience in related area, familiar with castings, heat treatment, hot forming, welding, nondestructive testing, forging process, and failure analysis; familiar with using various metallurgical analysis equipment.

3. 熟悉材料的國際標準和檢測標準如ASTM, ISO, DIN等；
Familiar with international material and testing standards such as ASTM, ISO, DIN, etc.

4. 有一定的金相實驗室管理經驗者的優先
Management experience of Metallurgical Lab is a plus

5. 優秀的團隊合作、溝通交流和撰寫報告的能力。
Excellent in team work, communication and report writing ability.

6. 良好的英語讀、寫、說能力。
Excellent English ability in reading, writing, speaking.
