Responsibility:
*Provides the implementation of metal production at the planned targets, agreed and defined in the terms and modes,
*Provides continuous optimization of production processes in the light of continuous improvement, control of production standards;
*It is proposed technological improvements, investments and innovative organizational solutions aimed at optimizing the technical and economic performance and the quality that can be obtained on existing devices, as well as the security
*Works with departments responsible for adjusting the production cycle in order to achieve continuous and optimal process or flow
*Coordinates and controls the production variability of hours of direct and indirect use of equipment, staff productivity and collaboration, missing from the production
*Direct the Department and provides daily information on the production process
*Acts as a liaison between the Department of Production and Maintenance in case of any problems associated with the production of metal
*Checks the level of product quality and performance of equipment
*Shall take, to the extent determined policy action to provide motivation, training, development and improvement of professional skills to subordinate resources
*Controls compliance with company standards and security personnel assigned to it
*Responsible for the safety and health of workers, the environment in the subordinate
*Monitors security threats and the environment and inform the supervisor of the new and unknown threats
*It works by informing and training of human resources in his area on topics related to the prevention of environmental risks
*Responsible for and monitors compliance with legal and in-house standards for safety and the environment
*Prepare instructions / organize the work of his department in accordance with the plan of quality and environmental management plan

Requirement:要求：
*Major in mechanical or related, Metallic Materials Engineering or Material Shaping and Control Engineering, Bachelor Degree above;
*3-4 years experience in iron foundries in a similar position;
*Good management and communication skills
*Good oral English
