Job Responsibilities
The Service Coordinator has overall responsibility to provide support to Service Delivery team and include:
Act as focal point for Service Delivery, mainly disaster recovery events.
Represent the Service Delivery organization for DR Test/Exercises.
Work with tower technical support teams and network services to build Test/Exercise plans for Test/Exercises.
Schedule and attend conference calls as required.
Work with BCRS and other technical support teams as required.
Develop post Test/Exercise documents as required.
Modify and maintain DR plan as required.
Respond to scope changes as required.
Work with technical support teams to maintain current contracts.
Maintain audit readiness.
Manage DR event coordination.
