Principal End Results: Coordinate input of data for strategic organization of industrial projects throughout our facilities in order to maximize operational efficiencies. Control industrial variances, monitor objectives of improvement and industrial achievements, participate to recruitment of technical and production staff control and organize appropriate training plans of industrial staff. Develop Saint-Gobain program such as Word Class Manufacturing throughout our facilities.  5S. Propose monitor and control transfer of technology and implementation of new technology. Help launch and implement new process, i.e. machinery, investments, and training. Co-operate with the plants for any process improvement and optimization Help to execute the new business opportunities with business manager within ABM  
A person in this position should possess the skills associated with a high degree in engineering that might be associated to ceramics, or chemistry with a large experience of industrial optimization at least 10 years.Experience of a green field operation is a plus.The incumbent must have the appropriate legitimacy related to his knowledge and personality. His staff functional position will allow him to work close to the General Manager. Therefore, s/he will have to behave with the required confidentiality. S/He will be capable of working on many matters at the same time and support progress on a long term basis. S/he will have a financial experience or pragmatic knowledge of cost building, cost reduction, and operations.
