工作要求Job Requirements1. 熟悉MS Office軟件和注塑專業知識；Good knowledge of MS office and injection molding process;2. 良好的英語聽說讀寫； Good command Both Oral and written English skill;3. 熟悉TS16949及ISO18000體系；Familiar with TS16949 and ISO18000 System;4. 良好的解決問題以及人際交往能力 。Good problem solving, interpersonal skills.崗位職責Job Responsibility1. 主導注塑團隊對工廠運作的支持；Lead the molding team to support company operations;2. 整個注塑車間生產日常操作管理；Manage the whole routine of molding production;3. 保證注塑生產的準確性，即與公司及客戶要求一致；Ensure the molding production accuracy & data consistency between physical requirements from customer and internal company.4. 建立和維護一個良好的團隊環境，培訓出色的技術團隊；Establish and maintain a good teamwork environment & motivate the team member and set up skill training;5. 擁有良好的注塑技能，知識和態度去有效地貢獻生產和利益的最大化；Have the relevant molding skills, knowledge and attitude to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profit;6. 精益生產的實施。Lean manufacturing implementation. 7. 確保所負責區域的產能，質量，安全，環境等符合公司需求；Ensure the molding capacity, quality, safety and environments meet company’s target.8. 服從上級安排，完成上級交辦的共它工作；Complete other assignments given by supervisors.
