(1)Follows the outlined standard and procedures.遵守本部門的工作標準及程序;(2)Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.保持高標準的個人衛生及形象;(3)Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools.確保正確安全的使用所有裝備、機器和工具;(4)Ensures hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the pastry including storage, cool rooms, Freezers, dry stores.保證餅房區域達到衛生標準,包括庫房、冷凍室、冰箱及干儲室的干凈、整潔;(5)Assist to receiving and inspecting of goods, checked and stored correctly.協助驗貨收貨并正確存儲;(6)Ensures that all the pastry equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage.保證所有的餅房設備正常工作如有問題馬上報告;(7)Participates in on job training of subordinates.參加員工崗位培訓;
