（1）Follows the outlined standard and procedures.遵守本部門的工作標準及程序；（2）Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.保持高標準的個人衛生及形象；（3）Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools.確保正確安全的使用所有裝備、機器和工具；（4）Ensures hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the pastry including storage, cool rooms, Freezers, dry stores.保證餅房區域達到衛生標準，包括庫房、冷凍室、冰箱及干儲室的干凈、整潔；（5）Assist to receiving and inspecting of goods, checked and stored correctly.協助驗貨收貨并正確存儲；（6）Ensures that all the pastry equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage.保證所有的餅房設備正常工作如有問題馬上報告；（7）Participates in on job training of subordinates.參加員工崗位培訓；
