負責軌道交通車輛（包括大鐵、地鐵、單軌、有軌電車、中低速磁浮、APM等制式）整車及部件的認證工作；Responsible for the certification of complete vehicle and parts of rail transit vehicles (including railway, metro, monorail, tram, maglev, APM and etc.);根據國際標準及法律法規(guī)，進行車輛RAMS的咨詢及評估；Consulting and assessment RAMS of vehicles according to international standards and regulations;制定車輛RAMS評估計劃和評估方案；To develop RAMS assessment plan and program;根據車輛RAM設計，建立、管理、評估RAMS需求、交付物和追溯性；To create, manage and assess RAMS requirements, deliverables and traceability, assess RAM in design;根據TSI標準，審查車輛設計的標準符合性；To audit the standards compliance of vehicle design according to TSI specifications;負責RAMS及國際標準符合性相關的咨詢和培訓活動Responsible for RAMS and international standards compliance related consulting and training任職條件：RAMS或車輛等相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷；Bachelor degree or above, majoring in RAMSor RollingStock;具有至少8年及以上的車輛設計工作經驗；At least 8 years’ experience in vehicledesign;具有至少5年及以上的整車或者關鍵系統(tǒng)RAMS經驗 （牽引系統(tǒng)，制動系統(tǒng)或者TCMS等）；At least 5 years of RAMS experience in complete vehicle orkey parts (traction, braking or TCMS);熟悉安全評估流程或者具備TSI審核經驗，CUTR認證經驗優(yōu)先；Familiar with safety assessmentprocess, orwith TSI assessment experience;具有良好的溝通能力；具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力；Good communication skills; Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;有評估機構經驗者優(yōu)先；車輛整車設計或電氣/機械方向優(yōu)先；Assessment experience is preferred;OwnedTheoverallVehicle designexperiencewithelectrical control or mechanical experience is preferred
