崗位名稱:采購(gòu)助理 Purchasing Assistant

匯報(bào)對(duì)象:中國(guó)區(qū)采購(gòu)副總經(jīng)理
工作時(shí)間:周一至周五 8:30-12:00 13:00-17:30 (目前疫情期間彈性工時(shí))
到崗日期:隨時(shí)入職,最晚不晚于收到offer的一個(gè)月內(nèi)
任職資格:
* 大專及以上學(xué)歷,戶籍,年齡和性別不限;
* 至少有2年的行業(yè)及技術(shù)產(chǎn)品采購(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn),有外企工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先考慮;
* 流利的英語(yǔ)書(shū)面和口頭表達(dá)能力,以及良好的溝通技巧;
* 熟練使用Microsoft Word, Excel等辦公軟件,尤其是Excel。
有ERP系統(tǒng)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮,微軟AX系統(tǒng)更佳;
* 具有進(jìn)、出口貿(mào)易的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí);
* 工作細(xì)致認(rèn)真,責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,可以在壓力下工作,能夠適應(yīng)國(guó)際團(tuán)隊(duì)工作環(huán)境;
* 協(xié)助上級(jí)主管處理日常采購(gòu)工作事務(wù)但不局限于采購(gòu)工作。
Requirements:
* College graduates or above education.
* Have at least 2 year of purchasing experience for industry & technical products.
Working experience in foreign company is preferred.
* Fluent written and oral skills in English, and also good communication skills as well.
* PC competence in Microsoft Office, especially for Excel.
ERP system operation experience is preferred,Microsoft AX system is most welcoming.
* Basic knowledge of import and export trade.
* Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, strong team spirit;
Able to be worked under pressure, able to adapt to the international team work environment.
* Complete other work according Manager instructions.
