Looking for business partner in window & door industry, such as window &door fabricators, curtain wall companies. Paying regular visit, introducing and promoting products, provide commercial and technical support.

Following up real-estate projects, establish and maintain good cooperation with real-estate developers and provide commercial and technical support in time.

跟蹤高端地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目，建立并保持與高端地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)商的良好合作關(guān)系。及時(shí)提供商務(wù)和技術(shù)支持。

Following up design institutes, architects and consultants to introduce our new products regularly and providing all kinds of project solutions.

跟蹤設(shè)計(jì)院，建筑師，顧問(wèn)咨詢(xún)公司，定期溝通介紹新產(chǎn)品，提供項(xiàng)目各種解決方案。

Organizing seminars, products introductions and promotions, etc. in responsible area.

負(fù)責(zé)組織本地區(qū)的各類(lèi)研討會(huì)，產(chǎn)品推廣會(huì)等。

Cooperating with window fabricators and curtain wall company to participate in the project bidding.

配合門(mén)窗幕墻公司參與項(xiàng)目的招投標(biāo)

Coordinating with internal departments and all relevant partners to ensure the quality, delivery time, progress of the projects.

中標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的施工過(guò)程中，配合各相關(guān)合作方，協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部其他部門(mén)，確保制作施工的質(zhì)量和工期進(jìn)度。

Preparing and implementing regional mid & long term developing plan, according to overall business planning.

根據(jù)公司整體規(guī)劃，制定地區(qū)的中，長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展計(jì)劃。

Reporting to sales director according to company’s regulations and requirements.

根據(jù)公司的規(guī)定和各項(xiàng)要求，向銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)匯報(bào)。



Requirement :
任職條件：


University degree , major in architect, constructions, etc. is preferred.

大學(xué)以上學(xué)歷，建筑專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先；

Excellent communication skills

良好的溝通技巧，

Good English communication skills

良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力，

Experience in window or curtain wall industry is preferred.

有門(mén)窗，幕墻行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先

Be good at building up good cooperative relationship with developers, designers and consultants.

善于和開(kāi)發(fā)商、設(shè)計(jì)師，咨詢(xún)顧問(wèn)建立良好合作關(guān)系。

More than 5 years experience in project sales of construction industry, with windows & doors and curtain wall sales experience is preferred.

五年以上的建筑行業(yè)的項(xiàng)目銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有門(mén)窗幕墻銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先

Adapt to frequent business trip.
