10+ years infrastructure experience with a focus in a critical environment combined with supervisory experience. Preference is given to data centre, hospital, pharmaceutical production or power plant experience.

A very good understanding of electrical systems in use in the Data Center environment including substations, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS & ASTS units, PDU units, fire alarm systems, and fire suppression systems.
熟悉數據中心環境中使用的電氣系統，包括變電站、變壓器、發電機、開關設備、UPS系統、ATS和ASTS裝置、PDU裝置、火災報警系統和滅火系統。
Ability to communicate effectively and provide direction to employees, contractors and vendors performing maintenance or upgrade work on systems installed in a Data Center environment.

Must understand the Data Center production environment and excel in customer service. Computer literate with the ability to compile and submit monthly and annual reports, and to monitor and trend operational characteristics (load, capacity, environmental conditions etc.)
必須了解數據中心生產環境和熟悉客戶服務理念。精通計算機，能夠編寫和提交月度和年度報告，并能監視和導出運行趨勢（負荷、容量、環境條件等）。
Data Center Management construction and or commissioning experience highly desirable.
有數據中心建設或調試管理經驗者優先。
Experience of complex automatic control equipment, including relay logic, programmable logic controllers (PLC’s), building management systems, and their integration with the data centre infrastructure. Experience of medium voltage distribution systems and associated switch gear and protection equipment.
有復雜自動控制設備的相關經驗，包括繼電器邏輯、可編程邏輯控制器（PLC）、樓宇管理系統及其與數據中心基礎設施的集成。有中壓配電系統及相關開關設備和保護設備的經驗。
Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and address any issues that arise day or night, ensuring that any identified knowledge or experience deficiencies are addressed in the short term.

A willingness to provide on-call support in case of emergencies or other off-hours issues.

The Engineering Supervisor reports to The Critical Facility Manager (CFM). He/she will work closely with the CFM for the planning and delivery of daily operations. He/she is responsible for the supervision of the Engineering day team & Shift technician’s onsite.
工程主管向關鍵設施經理（CFM）報告。他/她將與CFM密切合作，規劃和交付日常運營。他/她負責監督工程部白班和值班技術員的現場工作。
Speaking and reading English would be a plus.
